RiverCity Motorway Group is a Queensland company that operates Brisbane’s first private tollway - the Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7) and FLOW, the official tolling partner for both the CLEM7 and Go Between Bridge.

Using the CLEM7
Built 60 metres below the river, ten metres into the bedrock, the CLEM7 Tunnel uses state-of-the-art monitoring and safety measures to ensure the safe passage of commuters. Please obey any messages highlighted on signage while traveling through the tunnel and always remember to listen to the radio, turn on your lights and, where possible, stay in your lane.
 

On Friday 25 February, 2011 the RiverCity Motorway Board of Directors placed the entire Group into Voluntary Administration with the Lenders placing the Group into Receivership. This includes the Flow Tolling business.
The primary reason for the appointments is the lower than forecast traffic flows through the CLEM7 tunnel. The low levels of traffic are unable to support the debt incurred by the Group to build the tunnel.
