BOARD & MANAGEMENT

On 25 February 2011, the RiverCity Motorway Group Board voluntarily appointed PPB as Administrators and subsequently resigned their positions. The following senior management work with the Administrators and Receivers and Managers to continue the daily operations of the Group:

Mark Snape, Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined RiverCity Motorway in January 2012. He has over 30 years experience in the project financing, development and operation of major infrastructure projects, including the Alice to Darwin Railway, the Lane Cove Tunnel toll road in Sydney, Eastlink toll road in Melbourne and Airport Link toll road in Brisbane.

Before joining RiverCity Motorway, Mark held various senior management positions including the General Manager Infrastructure Finance and Investments for the John Holland Group, Managing Director Asia Pacific for the NYSE listed American Electric Power Co. Inc., Director Deloitte Corporate Finance, Director County Natwest Corporate Finance and Director BZW Corporate Finance. He was the Project Director for the bid by Brisconnections for the Airport Link project and the interim CEO for the start up of Brisconnections . Mark has also served as a Director of Asia Pacific Transport Corporation, Connector Motorways group, the ASX listed ConnectEast Group and the ASX listed BrisConnections Group.

Christine Hayward, Chief Financial Officer
Christine joined RiverCity Motorway in October 2006 and has been instrumental in developing the tolling system for both the CLEM7 and the Go Between Bridge. Christine is a qualified Chartered Secretary and manages the Group's governance and compliance obligations. Prior to RiverCity Motorway, Christine held a similar role with Village Life for seven years. During that time, Christine guided Village Life Ltd, who operated and managed 88 seniors accommodation villages in six states around Australia, through to its ASX listing.

Ben Deverson, General Manager Corporate Services
Ben joined RiverCity Motorway following seven years with global professional services firms, most recently in the role of Chief Operating Officer for BDO. Prior to BDO Ben was the Human Resources and Practice Manager for Ernst & Young in Queensland. A former Army Officer, Ben is a graduate of the Royal Military College and trained as a telecommunications officer during his eight years in the Australian Army.

John Gianacas, Engineering Manager
John has over 15 years experience in the management of public and private sector infrastructure networks in Australia and the United Kingdom. Working with the Highways Agency in the UK, John provided expert advice in regard to infrastructure maintenance before returning to Australia in 2008. Prior to joining RiverCity in March 2011, he was responsible for Asset Management and Operations on the WestLink M7 Motorway in Sydney.
