CLEM7 provides a critical river crossing that will link Brisbane’s growing northern and southern suburbs, with direct connections at Bowen Hills, Kangaroo Point and Woolloongabba.
Princes Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane Cricket Ground (The Gabba), Garden City Shopping Centre, growing industrial and technology parks at Archerfield and Eight Miles Plains, and the Brisbane Markets are some of the major destinations south of the river.
CLEM7 also lies at the heart of major urban development in Brisbane that will revitalise suburbs such as Woolloongabba and Bowen Hills. Urban renewal in these inner city areas is expected to include commercial office and retail developments, high density apartments, restaurants, galleries, cafes and hotels.
